1.3Once we receive your refund request, we will review and process it within 3 business days.
1.4If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1Refunds are generally available during the 7-day free trial period. However, after the trial period has ended, refunds will not be issued if there is evidence that the service has been provided or used.
2.2An exception may be made if the user experienced verified technical or system-related issues that prevented normal use of the service. In such cases, refunds may be approved at our discretion after reviewing the reported issue.
